Option 1:
Zak Miller is the Head of HR for Johnson and Jones, a firm of solicitors with practices across the UK and an international client base. Zak is considering using AI tools to improve the recruitment and selection of graduates for the company’s Graduate Management Scheme. He is concerned that the wording of the job advert, job description and person specification are currently attracting predominantly men from private schools. In addition, he believes that the interviewers are showing unconscious bias when interviewing candidates. Write a report to Zak Miller, which discusses how AI tools can help attract more diverse candidates for the Graduate management scheme and reduce unconscious bias in the selection process. You should cover all the points in the structure below:

Option 2:
Bambaro is a recruitment company which specialises in recruiting managers for the food retail sector. The CEO of Bambaro has stated that she wants to ensure the company has the right reward packages in place to attract and retain its multigenerational workforce. Choose two of the generations (i.e., Baby Boomers, Gen X or Gen Z for example) and write a report discussing how reward might be managed for them.
